At Koren Publishers, we want you to be completely satisfied with your fashion purchase. If you are not happy with your order, you can return unworn items with original tags within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Securely pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring all designer tags and labels remain attached and intact.

  Ship It Back

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided via email to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned items, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
